Guests looking for solitude time often head to the summer house in the friary garden. It has a glorious view of the sea from the window and is situated near to the friary in the garden.. The summer house is a great place to sit and read. If you're looking to be alone this is the ideal place.

In the summer the gazebo is a wonderful place to spend time. You can hear the birds sing and the sounds of the beach. The gazebo is a pleasant place to sit and read and to spend time in nature. Groups can also have lunch there and have a meeting. The friary gardens are a very pleasant place to spend time.
If you are visiting Alnmouth make sure to pop in and explore the gardens.
